Phenopsis

The platform PHENOPSIS is composed of 3 robots for 500 plants, equipped with a system for weighing, computer assisted watering and imaging (visible and infrared). Environmental sensors are distributed in the robots. PHENOPSIS is associated with a database, PhenopsisDB, which organizes all measurements, images and metadata, with access to project partners but also to the whole scientific community as soon as the data are published. It is also associated with medium throughput microscopy imaging for measurement of cell division, endoreduplication or leaf 3D structure.
